Complaints Procedure

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and therefore there may be times when you the patient are not happy.

We are sorry if you ever feel the need to complain but when that happens we would ask you to let us know so that we can put matters right.

We aim to make it easy for you to tell us about your complaint and we will treat your complaint with the respect you deserve.

We will answer your complaint with a full response within 10 working days and make sure you are satisfied with the way we handle your complaint.
